An initiative to mitigate greenhouse gas (GHG) carbon dioxide (CO<sub>2</sub>) emissions within the transportation sector of DKI Jakarta involves the operation of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system, with the primary objective is to encourage a substantial shift from private vehicle usage to the MRT among commuters. The purpose of this study is to calculate the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) and carbon dioxide (CO<sub>2</sub>) from shifting the use of private transportation to the MRT in DKI Jakarta.  Data collection was carried out by inventorying secondary data and surveying MRT users in 2019 as a baseline, which is the first year of operation of the Jakarta MRT Phase 1. Based on the results of the analysis using descriptive obtained survey results, as many as 53.8% of private transportation users who switched to using the MRT. The results of the analysis using the Clean Development Mechanism Approved Consolidated Methodology 0016 (CDM ACM 0016) method, which was implicated, showed CO<sub>2</sub> GHG emissions from private transportation that switched to using the MRT in 2019 were 16,706.7 tons of CO<sub>2</sub>, and direct emissions from the MRT project were 13,974.03 tons of CO<sub>2</sub>, so the value of emission reduction in 2019 was 2,732.7 tons of CO<sub>2</sub> per year. In 2023, the result of the CO<sub>2</sub> emission reduction value is 6,043.9 tons of CO<sub>2</sub>.

为缓解雅加达首都特区(DKI Jakarta)交通运输领域的温室气体(GHG)与二氧化碳(CO₂)排放,雅加达大容量快速轨道交通(Mass Rapid Transit, MRT)系统投入运营,其核心目标为推动通勤群体从私家车出行向MRT出行实现大规模转型。本研究旨在测算雅加达首都特区内,私家车出行转向MRT出行所带来的温室气体与二氧化碳减排量。本研究以2019年作为基准年——该年份为雅加达MRT一期工程的运营首年,通过梳理二手数据与调研MRT乘客的方式完成数据采集。基于描述性分析方法对调研数据的分析结果,共有53.8%的私家车使用者转向使用MRT出行。采用本次研究所应用的清洁发展机制核准综合方法学0016(Clean Development Mechanism Approved Consolidated Methodology 0016, CDM ACM 0016)开展分析后,结果显示:2019年转向MRT出行的私家车对应的温室气体排放量为16706.7吨二氧化碳当量,MRT项目的直接排放量为13974.03吨二氧化碳当量,因此2019年的年度减排量为2732.7吨二氧化碳。2023年的二氧化碳减排量为6043.9吨。
