De novo organelle genome and transcriptome assemblies of the common ornamental plant Ligustrum quihoui

We performed the phylogenetic relationships of L. quihoui using 13 conserved PCGs (cox1, cox2, cox3, cytB, nad1, nad2, nad3, nad4, nad4L, nad5, nad6, nad7 and nad9) shared in the mitochondrial genomes of four Oleaceae species, and Utricularia reniformis was set as the outgroup. We conducted ML analyses with 1,000 bootstrap replicates and GTR + G substitution model using RA × ML version 8.2.4

本研究以4个木犀科（Oleaceae）物种线粒体基因组共有的13个保守蛋白编码基因（PCGs）：cox1、cox2、cox3、cytB、nad1、nad2、nad3、nad4、nad4L、nad5、nad6、nad7及nad9为分子标记，解析了L. quihoui的系统发育关系，并以肾叶狸藻（Utricularia reniformis）作为外类群。本研究采用RA×ML 8.2.4版本软件，以GTR+G替换模型开展最大似然法（Maximum Likelihood，ML）分析，设置1000次自举重复抽样。
