Transcutaneous Bilirubinometry after Phototherapy

Twelve hours after discontinuing phototherapy, transcutaneous bilirubin [TcB] and total serum bilirubin [TSB] were performed. Blood samples for TSB were obtained by heelprick and were measured in one clinical laboratory using direct spectrophotometry (Beckman Coulter, Ireland). Transcutaneous measuring was performed within 10 minutes of blood sampling. TcB was measured at the uncovered mid-sternum and covered lower abdomen which was shielded by a nappy.

停止光疗12小时后，开展经皮胆红素（transcutaneous bilirubin, TcB）与血清总胆红素（total serum bilirubin, TSB）检测。血清总胆红素检测所需的血样采用足跟采血方式获取，并由爱尔兰贝克曼库尔特（Beckman Coulter, Ireland）的一家临床实验室采用直接分光光度法完成检测。经皮胆红素检测于采血后10分钟内完成，检测部位分别为暴露的胸骨中段，以及经尿布遮挡的下腹部区域。
