RNA-Seq analysis of BEAS-2b cells stimulated with house dust mite extract with or without suppression of MD-2

We clarified MD-2 might have a protective role in house dust mite(HDM)-induced asthmatic characteristics. The purpose of RNA-Seq analysis is to identify transcriptional events regulated by MD-2 in HDM-stimulated airway epithelial cells. BEAS-2b cells treated with control or LY96 siRNA were stimulated with PBS or HDM extract. 24 hours after stimulation, the cells were harvested.

本研究明确了MD-2在屋尘螨（house dust mite，HDM）诱导的哮喘表型中可能发挥保护作用。本研究开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析的目的，在于筛选屋尘螨刺激下气道上皮细胞中受MD-2调控的转录事件。将经对照小干扰RNA（siRNA）或LY96小干扰RNA处理的BEAS-2b细胞，分别以磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）或HDM提取物进行刺激。刺激24小时后，收集细胞。
