By CENH3-ChIP-seq of 27 soybean accessions, including 3 wild soybeans, 9 landraces, and 15 cultivars, we reported a high frequency of centromere repositioning on fourteen out of twenty chromosomes.
本研究针对27份大豆种质资源开展CENH3染色质免疫共沉淀测序(CENH3-ChIP-seq),供试材料涵盖3份野生大豆、9份地方品种及15份栽培品种,研究报道了20条染色体中有14条存在高频着丝粒重定位现象。
