与模式菌株Loktanella salsilacus LMG 21507(T) AJ440997相似性为100%(Diff/Total nt 0/960)；在M2培养基上15℃生长9天，菌落呈圆形，奶油色不透明，表面光滑偏干燥，边缘规则，无晕环，中央凸起，直径约1mm；在25℃海水LB培养基上，蛋白酶阴性（5天），淀粉酶阴性（12天）；在15℃海水LB培养基上生长8天，蛋白酶、淀粉酶阴性，脂肪酶（三丁酸甘油酯法）弱阳性；_x000D_ 在25℃MA培养基上生长6天，半乳糖苷酶阳性,淀粉酶、脂酶（三丁酸甘油酯）、蛋白酶、脂酶（Tween80）、纤维素酶、溶菌酶、胆固醇氧化酶、漆酶、褐藻酸酶、木聚糖酶、单宁酶、菊粉酶、卡拉胶酶、果胶酶、豆豉蛋白酶阴性。

When cultured on M2 medium at 15℃ for 9 days, colonies are circular, creamy-white, opaque, smooth to slightly dry, with regular margins, no halo, centrally raised, and approximately 1 mm in diameter.
On marine LB medium at 25℃, protease activity is negative after 5 days of incubation, and amylase activity is negative after 12 days of incubation.
After incubation at 15℃ on marine LB medium for 8 days, both protease and amylase activities are negative, while lipase activity (determined by the tributyrin method) is weakly positive.
On marine agar (MA) at 25℃ for 6 days, galactosidase activity is positive; amylase, lipase (tributyrin), protease, lipase (Tween80), cellulase, lysozyme, cholesterol oxidase, laccase, alginase, xylanase, tannase, inulinase, carrageenase, pectinase and douchi protease activities are all negative.
