Data for the article "Testing the existence of an unadmixed ancestor from a specific population t generations ago" by Illanes, Fariello, Spangenberg, Mordecki and Naya (PLOS ONE). <br> Individual variants were obtained from http://urugenomes.org/lovd/variants<br> A local ancestry estimation yields our raw data set. <br> We obtain the hypothesis test statistics from the individuals' local ancestry estimations using the code <em>rcode.R</em> (using software R), which yields the files <em>est_max.csv </em>and <em>est_sum.csv.</em> <br> The file <em>len_chr.csv </em>has the lengths (in centiMogans) of the 22 human non-sexual chromosomes, which will be needed for the test. <br> The code <em>jcode.jl </em>(using software Julia) takes de aforementioned .csv files and runs the hypothesis test and all related simulations. We upload the local ancestry estimations, all .csv files, both <em>rcode.R </em>and <em>jcode.jl</em>, and a license.
