Population level dataset

The excel file contains for each population: the name (Patch_ID), informations on the location (commune, village and geographic coordinates), the fraction of leaves bearing chamsothecia averaged over the analyzed plants (prop_chasmos), the powdery mildew abundance in July 2012 (PM_AA_july12), the total number of samples analyzed, the number of samples positive for Ampelomyces.

该Excel文件针对每个种群（population）记录如下信息：斑块ID (Patch_ID)、地理位置相关信息（公社、村庄及地理坐标）、基于所有分析植株得到的带闭囊壳 (chasmothecia) 叶片平均占比（prop_chasmos）、2012年7月的白粉病发生量（PM_AA_july12）、总分析样本数，以及白粉寄生孢 (Ampelomyces) 检测呈阳性的样本数。
