Broad-spectrum antiviral inhibitors targeting pandemic potential RNA viruses

We report RNA-seq analysis of Vehicle control, cAIMP, or scleroglucan treated human fibroblasts under uninfected (mock) and Chikungunya virus infected conditions. Vehicle, cAIMP, or scleroglucan treated human fibroblasts cells were either uninfected (mock) or infected with Chikungunya virus at MOI 0.1 for 24 hrs

本研究报道了经载体对照、cAIMP或硬葡聚糖（scleroglucan）处理的人成纤维细胞，在未感染（模拟感染，mock）及基孔肯雅病毒（Chikungunya virus）感染条件下的RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析结果。经上述三种试剂处理的人成纤维细胞，可分别以感染复数（Multiplicity of Infection, MOI）0.1感染基孔肯雅病毒，或不予感染（模拟感染）并培养24小时。
