This dataset is applicable to the scenario where enterprises use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to perform dimensional accuracy and geometric/positional error inspection on machine tool components. Its scope covers machine tool components that are subject to drawing number management, batch management and routine inspection workflows. Provided that the enterprise has recorded inspection information including inspection batch number, component drawing number, inspection date, number of measurement points, length deviation, flatness error, roundness error, position error, coaxiality error and repeat measurement deviation, this dataset can be used for centralized collection, querying, comparison and result organization of inspection results generated from different components, different batches and different inspection times. In the scenario of precision inspection and acceptance after the completion of component processing, this dataset can be used for structured recording and centralized management of all inspection results, solving the problems of scattered inspection data, inconvenient unified viewing of individual inspection results and inconvenient querying of historical inspection information, and providing data support for the registration, summarization and determination of component precision inspection results. In the batch quality comparison scenario, this dataset can be used for horizontal comparison of inspection results of machine tool components from different batches, reflecting the precision differences and changes between different batches, solving the problems of independent storage of single inspection results and inconvenient continuous comparison of inspection results between batches, and providing a basis for enterprises to carry out batch quality comparison and inspection result organization. In the quality traceability scenario, this dataset can be used for retrospective querying and correlated verification of inspection results corresponding to machine tool components by combining information such as inspection batch number, component drawing number and inspection date, solving the problems of inconvenient searching of historical inspection records and unclear correspondence between inspection results during subsequent review, and providing support for enterprises to carry out inspection record retention and quality traceability.
