The results are expressed as a percentage of the fatty acids measured in the corresponding triacylglycerol sample and are the average ± SD of two independent experiments using cohorts of 6 E2F2+/+ (wild-type, WT) and 6 E2F2-/- mice each. SFA, saturated fatty acids; MUFA, monounsaturated fatty acids; PUFA, polyunsaturated fatty acids. 本研究结果以对应三酰甘油样本中测得的脂肪酸占比进行表示,数据为两次独立重复实验的平均值±标准差(Standard Deviation, SD),每组分别纳入6只E2F2+/+(野生型,WT)及6只E2F2-/-小鼠队列。其中,SFA代表饱和脂肪酸(saturated fatty acids),MUFA代表单不饱和脂肪酸(monounsaturated fatty acids),PUFA代表多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids)。采用配对样本Student's t检验进行统计学分析:同基因型组内比较48小时与0小时样本时,*P≤0.05;E2F2-/-与WT组间同一条件比较时,#P≤0.05、##P≤0.01。本数据集收录了野生型(WT)及E2F2基因敲除(E2F2-/-)小鼠在部分肝切除术术前(0小时,0-h)及术后48小时(48-h)的肝脏组织三酰甘油脂肪酸组成数据。
