Supplementary Table 11. Reference populations

The different African microarray SNP datasets used as reference populations to determine the origin of HJ’s haploid African genome. Individuals with > 2% missing genotypes (Illumina platform), > 5% missing genotypes (Affymetrix platform) or with substantial amounts of recent European or Asian ancestry were excluded from the analysis.

本研究采用多套非洲单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）微阵列数据集作为参考群体，用于确定HJ单倍体非洲基因组的起源。分析过程中，基因型缺失率超过2%（采用Illumina平台）、超过5%（采用Affymetrix平台），或携带有大量近期欧洲或亚洲祖先血统的个体，均被排除在本次分析之外。
