The Catering Sub-Committee was created in 1975 to investigate the problem of catering at the Sydney Opera House and to look at the services provided by the contractor of Summit Restaurants and determine if the contract should be altered. It met again in 1994 to examine catering options. The Catering Sub-Committee reported to the Finance and Administration Committee.The minutes are signed. The 1975-1976 minutes are bundles of papers.
