热 磁 式 氧分析器、磁压力式氧分析器、磁机械式氧分析器通常为在线检测(或监测)仪表,用于连续自动分析气体中的氧含量。其工作原理均基于氧的顺磁性。利用氧在磁场中被吸引而产生相应的热磁对流(热磁式)、压力差(磁压力式)、密度梯度(磁机械式),并通过检测元件将热磁对流、压力差、密度梯度转化为电信号,从而实现被测气体中氧浓度的测量。
Thermal-magnetic oxygen analyzers, magnetic-pressure oxygen analyzers, and magnetic-mechanical oxygen analyzers are typically on-line detection (or monitoring) instruments used for continuous automatic analysis of oxygen content in gases. All their operating principles are based on the paramagnetism of oxygen. When oxygen is attracted by a magnetic field, it induces corresponding thermomagnetic convection (for thermal-magnetic oxygen analyzers), pressure difference (for magnetic-pressure oxygen analyzers), and density gradient (for magnetic-mechanical oxygen analyzers). These physical quantities are converted into electrical signals via detection elements, thus realizing the measurement of oxygen concentration in the measured gas.
