A SNP dataset for GWAS study of downy mildew resistance in spinach

Using this SNP dataset of 10,074 high-quality SNPs and multiple statistical models, we conducted a genome-wide association study (GWAS) and genomic prediction (GP) for resistance to Peronospora effusa race 5 resistance in 243 spinach genotypes.

本研究使用包含10074个高质量单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）的数据集及多种统计模型，对243份菠菜种质资源抗菠菜霜霉菌（Peronospora effusa）5号生理小种的性状开展了全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）与基因组预测（Genomic Prediction, GP）。
