Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are incurable neoplasms that arise from early hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to evaluate mechanisms of resistance to venetoclax-based therapies. Overall design: Bone marrow mononuclear cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
骨髓增生异常综合征(Myelodysplastic syndromes, MDS)是一类起源于早期造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells, HSCs)的不可治愈性肿瘤性疾病。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术,评估基于维奈克拉(venetoclax)的治疗方案的耐药机制。总体实验设计:通过荧光激活细胞分选术(Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS)分离骨髓单个核细胞,并利用scRNA-seq进行分析。
