Study the efficiency of the microorganisms in TFCWs

We extract 16SrDNA from in the two-stage tidal flow constructed wetlands operating at low-temperature seasons at different heights from different devices, by means of Sampling and testing it to study the efficiency of the two-stage tidal flow constructed wetlands.

本研究针对低温季节运行的两级潮汐流人工湿地（two-stage tidal flow constructed wetlands），从不同采样装置的不同高度位置采集样本并提取16S核糖体DNA（16SrDNA），通过对样本的检测分析，探究该两级潮汐流人工湿地的处理效能。
