Multiple chitin or avirulent strain avirulent strain trigerred immunity induce microbiome reassembly in rice

This study was conducted to investigated the effect of sequential treatment of chitin and M. oryzae AvrPi9 avirulent strain avirulent strain on rice bacterial endophytic community encoding resistance gene Pi9. We isolated and characterized bacterial strains with antifungal activity against rice blast in both in vitro and in vivo conditions.

本研究旨在探究几丁质（chitin）与稻瘟病菌（M. oryzae）AvrPi9无毒菌株的序贯处理对携带抗病基因Pi9的水稻内生细菌群落的影响。我们在体外及体内条件下，分离并鉴定了具有抗稻瘟真菌活性的细菌菌株。
