We have developed a large CRISPR-based GI map of human cancer to date. Our GI map contains 773,766 pairwise CRISPR-Cas9 genetic perturbations targeting 178 druggable targets (DT) and 67 frequently mutated tumor suppressor genes (TSG), totaling 12,282 genetic interactions across 7 cancer cell lines.
本研究迄今已构建了一套大规模的基于CRISPR技术的人类癌症遗传相互作用 (genetic interaction, GI) 图谱。该图谱包含773,766个成对CRISPR-Cas9遗传扰动,靶向178个可药物靶向靶点 (druggable target, DT) 与67个频发突变肿瘤抑制基因 (tumor suppressor gene, TSG),共计覆盖7种癌细胞系中的12,282个遗传相互作用。
