Under high dissolved oxygen at about 1.5-2.5 mg/L and environmental temperatures conditions, the NOB was utterly washed out, and partial nitrification was successfully achieved after 180 days of operation. The inoculated sludge was first enriched and incubated for 37 days, and the nitrification capacity increased rapidly, and then, the kinetic parameters of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and nitrite-oxidizing bacteria were determined.Contrary to the findings of conventional studies, the affinity of NOB for DO was stronger than that of AOB in this study.This study requires the establishment and stabilization of PN under high DO concentration conditions.
在约1.5~2.5 mg/L的高溶解氧(Dissolved Oxygen,DO)与环境温度条件下,亚硝酸盐氧化菌(Nitrite-Oxidizing Bacteria,NOB)被彻底洗脱,经过180天的运行后成功实现了短程硝化(Partial Nitrification,PN)。首先对接种污泥进行为期37天的富集培养,其硝化性能快速提升;随后测定了氨氧化菌(Ammonia-Oxidizing Bacteria,AOB)与亚硝酸盐氧化菌的动力学参数。与传统研究结论相悖,本研究发现亚硝酸盐氧化菌对溶解氧的亲和力强于氨氧化菌。本研究构建并稳定了高溶解氧浓度条件下的短程硝化系统。
