Intestinal Microbiota Transplantation in Diabetic Nephropathy Mice.

In this study, a streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mouse model was employed, and the intestinal microbiota from DN patients and healthy donors were transplanted, respectively. the effects of FMT-HC on renal gene expression and lipid metabolism were investigated through transcriptome sequencing.

本研究采用链脲佐菌素（streptozotocin，STZ）诱导的糖尿病小鼠模型，分别移植糖尿病肾病（Diabetic Nephropathy，DN）患者与健康供体的肠道菌群，并通过转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）技术，探究健康供体粪便菌群移植（Fecal Microbiota Transplantation from Healthy Controls，FMT-HC）对小鼠肾脏基因表达及脂质代谢的影响。
