Result of analysis with Metascape (Gene List)

Metascape (http://metascape.org/) was used for the gene set enrichment analysis. A gene list for metascape analysis was generated from the output of cuffdiff program, in which 235 genes judged as ‘significantly differentially expressed’ (p<0.05) in cuffdiff output (gene_exp.diff) were indicated.

本研究采用Metascape（http://metascape.org/）开展基因集富集分析。用于Metascape分析的基因列表源自cuffdiff程序的输出结果，其中在cuffdiff输出文件（gene_exp.diff）中被判定为"显著差异表达"的基因共计235个，筛选阈值为p<0.05。
