Bovine rumen microbiome sequencing after in-vitro fermentation

The study aimed to evaluate the effects of sodium nitrate, sodium sulfate, 3-nitro-1-propionate, and bromochloromethane on ruminal methanogenesis in vitro, thereby providing insights into the alteration of ruminal microbiome, if any, incurred by the inclusion of these compounds.
