The miRNA expression of exosome secreted by human urine-derived stem cells

We identify miRNA profiles from exosomes of human urine-derived stem cells (USCs). Overall design: We hypothesized that miRNAs in the human urine-derived stem cells (USCs)-derived exosomes contributed to the vaginal epithelial cells through exosome transfer. MiRNA microarray analysis was performed on exosomes secreted by human USCs cells.

本研究从人尿液来源干细胞（human urine-derived stem cells, USCs）的外泌体（exosomes）中鉴定得到微小RNA（microRNA, miRNA）表达谱。
整体实验设计：本研究提出如下假说：人尿液来源干细胞（USCs）分泌的外泌体所含的miRNA可通过外泌体转运途径作用于阴道上皮细胞。针对人USCs分泌的外泌体开展了miRNA芯片分析。
