Dissection of cMyc+ GC-B cells at single-cell level

Transcriptomic profiling and unsupervised clustering of cMyc+ GC-B cells identify the four subpopulations representing positive-selection stages. Splenic cMyc+ GC-B cells from cMyc-GFP reporter mice ten days after immunization with NP-CGG were isolated by flow cytometry and characterized by high-throughput sequencing at single-cell level.

对cMyc阳性生发中心B细胞（cMyc+ GC-B cells）开展转录组谱分析与无监督聚类，成功鉴定出代表阳性选择阶段的四个细胞亚群。本数据集的样本源自经NP-CGG免疫的cMyc-GFP报告基因小鼠（cMyc-GFP reporter mice）免疫后第10天的脾脏cMyc+ GC-B细胞，该细胞群通过流式细胞术分离获取，并在单细胞水平完成高通量测序表征。
