smMIP-Seq was performed on radical prostatectomy formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sample pairs (n = 18). Library prep was done by capture of targeted sequences with single molecule (unique molecular index) tagged molecular inversion probes (MIP) and sequenced as 75bp paired end on Illumina NextSeq 500. Sequences were aligned to the human genome (hg38) using BWA.EGA dataset EGAD00001006109

单分子分子倒置探针测序（smMIP-Seq）针对18例经根治性前列腺切除术获取的福尔马林固定石蜡包埋样本对开展实验。文库制备采用带有单分子（唯一分子索引）标记的分子倒置探针（MIP, Molecular Inversion Probe）捕获靶向序列的方式完成，随后在Illumina NextSeq 500测序平台上进行75bp双端测序。测序序列经BWA比对至人类基因组hg38版本。该数据集隶属于欧洲基因组学档案（EGA, European Genome-phenome Archive），编号为EGAD00001006109。
