本研究旨在通过对8例经卡介苗(Bacillus Calmette-Guérin, BCG)治疗的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer, NMIBC)样本开展单细胞核RNA测序,以解析细胞亚型及其同源遗传标记,其中3例样本出现疾病进展。 总体设计:共纳入9名接受卡介苗治疗的患者的14份样本,其中3例在卡介苗治疗后出现疾病进展;NP代表无进展样本,P代表进展样本,CF代表游离癌细胞(Cancer Cell Free)样本。
