Combined alignment fasta file used for the phylogenetic analysis of Micropsalliota

A new species of Micropsalliota is described from the tropical region of Maharashtra, India. The species is recognized on the basis of morphological details and its phylogenetic placement is determined by using of nrITS and nrLSU sequence data analyses. Micropsalliota pileocystidiata is characterised by its robust basidiomes covered by reddish-brown appressed fibrillose squamules, ellipsoid to amygdaliform basidiospores, pyriform pileocystidia and clavate, utriform to broadly utriform or sometimes ellipsoid cheilo- and pleurocystidia.

Methods
Sanger sequencing and curated sequences. File is viewable via any alignment viewer software like MEGA, Aliview, etc.

本文记述了产自印度马哈拉施特拉邦热带区域的微鳞伞属（Micropsalliota）一新物种。该物种以形态学细节为依据予以界定，并借助核核糖体内部转录间隔区（nrITS）与核核糖体大亚基（nrLSU）的序列数据分析明确其系统发育位置。毛囊微鳞伞（Micropsalliota pileocystidiata）的鉴别特征如下：担子果粗壮，表面被覆红棕色贴生纤毛状鳞片；担孢子呈椭圆形至扁桃形；盖囊状体呈梨形；缘囊状体与侧囊状体呈棒形、囊状至宽囊状，有时亦为椭圆形。

方法
采用桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）与整理质控后的序列数据。本数据集文件可通过任意序列比对查看软件（如MEGA、Aliview等）打开浏览。
