Coq9R239X mice, a model of mitochondrial encephalopathy due to Coenzyme Q deficiency, were treated with Rapamycin administered in the chow at two different concentrations, i.e. 28 ppm and 225 ppm. The results are compared to those obtained in untreated Coq9R239X mice and untreated Coq9+/+ mice.
本研究的实验对象为辅酶Q(Coenzyme Q)缺乏所致线粒体脑病模型小鼠Coq9R239X,通过饲料给药方式为其施加两种不同浓度(28 ppm与225 ppm)的雷帕霉素(Rapamycin)干预。将该干预组的实验结果与未接受处理的Coq9R239X小鼠及未接受处理的Coq9+/+小鼠的实验结果进行对比分析。
