Urinary exosome small RNA project from healthy children 3

We collected urinary samples from thirty healthy controls and thirty T1D in children, and all exosomes were isolated with a combined centrifugation and were characterized by electron microscopy and western blot. The small RNA sequence was performed to detect the urinary exosomal miRNAs.

本研究收集了30名健康对照者与30名儿童1型糖尿病（Type 1 Diabetes, T1D）患者的尿液样本；所有样本均采用联合离心法分离外泌体（exosomes），并通过电子显微镜与蛋白质印迹（Western blot）完成外泌体的鉴定表征。随后通过小RNA测序技术检测尿液外泌体中的微小RNA（microRNA, miRNA）。
