A total of 7 aroma-related candidate genes were identified based on the results of the High throughput transcriptome sequencing of Anthurium mongolicus and Aroma alabama. And the results are analyzed by GC-MS and qRT-PCR analysis, and confirm aroma-related genes finally. This study will provide the theoretical basis for Anthurium breeding.

本研究基于蒙古花烛（Anthurium mongolicus）与阿拉巴马（Aroma alabama）的高通量转录组测序（High throughput transcriptome sequencing）结果，共鉴定出7个香气相关候选基因。随后借助气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）与实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应（qRT-PCR）对所得结果开展分析，最终确认了香气相关功能基因。本研究可为花烛属植物的育种工作提供理论基础。
