These files contain mass spectrometry and bioinformatic data related to the study of the liver following 90 minutes of mechanical ventilation delievered whilst lambs were spontaneous breathing in asynchorny with the ventilaor or synchrounous with the ventilator or whilst not breathing (apnea) and an unventilated control group.
