Dietary nutritional level affects intestinal epithelial barrier function by changing microbiota

We supposed that different energy and protein levels can significantly change the composition and structure of digestion and mucosa microbes in caecum and colon. Microbial changes in digestion may cause changes in metabolite content. And bacteria on the mucosa changes and metabolites could change the expression of tight junction proteins in intestinal epithelial tissues.

本研究假设，不同的能量与蛋白质水平可显著改变盲肠与结肠内肠腔微生物及黏膜微生物的组成与结构。肠腔微生物的变化可能引发代谢物含量的改变；而黏膜细菌的变化与代谢物，则可改变肠上皮组织中紧密连接蛋白的表达水平。
