We applied the ribose-seq and Ribose-Map techniques to study biological signatures of ribonucleotide incorporation in the genomic DNA of budding and fission yeast. We found that the deoxyribonucleotide immediately upstream from the ribonucleotides has a strong influence on the distribution of ribonucleotides in genomic DNA.
本研究采用核糖测序(ribose-seq)与Ribose-Map技术,探究出芽酵母与裂殖酵母基因组DNA(genomic DNA)中核糖核苷酸掺入的生物学特征。研究发现,紧邻核糖核苷酸上游的脱氧核苷酸(deoxyribonucleotide),对基因组DNA内核糖核苷酸的分布具有显著影响。
