For each species, we will extract long DNA and generate long read (PacBio), long range (HiC) and possibly haplotagging data. Samples will be sequenced on Illumnia platform. We will submit the raw and assembled data to ENA on open release, and release their analysis data through ensembl.org and ENA. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
