Exploring the impact of surgical treatment for lung cancer in patients with Airway obstruction from a Lung Cancer Screening Program

This retrospective analysis, suggests that sub lobar anatomical resections of early-stage non-small cell lung cancer are non-inferior in terms of short-term survival with a higher locoregional recurrence compared to lobectomies with the additional advantage of better postoperative lung function values but requires a closer follow up to avoid recurrence.本项回顾性分析表明，针对早期非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer）实施亚肺叶解剖切除术，相较于肺叶切除术，其在短期生存方面不劣于后者；虽局部区域复发风险更高，但具备术后肺功能更佳的额外优势，不过该术式需接受更密切的随访以规避复发。
