Through the change of gene expression pattern of Phaeodactylum tricornutum with sulfamethoxazole in environmental concentration, comprehensive bioinformatics analysis and transcriptome analysis, the biological pathways disturbed by pollutants were identified, and the internal mechanism of the influence of antibiotics on marine microalgae was clarified at the molecular level, which could provide scientific basis for monitoring the water quality in the sea area and formulating environmental standards by using biomarkers.
