CardioAtlas is a comprehensive scRNA-seq data resource and analysis platform that aggregates >3 016 000 cells across 27 human and 39 mouse cardiovascular datasets into 12 and 15 reference atlases (43 human and 39 mouse cell types), and provides five interactive modules—cell-type prediction, marker-gene identification, functional enrichment, regulon analysis, and cell-cell communication—plus upload-and-analyse functionality.
