表达高水平与低水平环腺苷酸（cyclic AMP，cAMP）的鲍曼不动杆菌（Acinetobacter baumannii）细胞间的RNA表达水平差异。
实验整体设计：从MH肉汤（MH broth）培养基中培养至对数生长期（log phase）的鲍曼不动杆菌细胞中提取总RNA，三次独立实验均设置三份生物学重复。以cpdA::Tn突变株与17978hm菌株为研究对象进行对比，旨在评估细胞内环腺苷酸水平的升高情况。
