The complete chloroplast genome assembly of Amorphophallus mossambicensis (Araceae) from Africa

The coding sequences (CDS) of 58 single-copy genes were extracted. Each single-copy gene underwent multiple sequence alignment and trimming individually, followed by concatenation of all alignment results to construct the phylogenetic tree
