Single cell RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq in mouse E10.5 multipotent pancreatic progenitors (MPCs) and single cell ATAC-Seq of mouse E13.5 pancreas. scRNA-Seq and scATAC-Seq profiles (10X Genomics) of a pool of Ptf1a+/+ and Ptf1aenh/enh MPCs manually dissected from E10.5 mouse embryos (between 5-9 embryos/dataset) and scATAC-Seq dataset of E13.5 pancreas from a pool of Ptf1a+/+ and Ptf1aenh/enh embryos (n=6 embryos/dataset).
本数据集包含两类测序数据:一是小鼠E10.5时期多能胰腺祖细胞(multipotent pancreatic progenitors,简称MPCs)的单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA-Seq,简称scRNA-Seq)与转座酶可及性测序(Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing,简称ATAC-Seq);二是小鼠E13.5时期胰腺的单细胞ATAC-Seq。具体样本信息如下:基于10X Genomics平台获取的scRNA-Seq与scATAC-Seq谱型数据,来自从E10.5小鼠胚胎(每个数据集对应5~9枚胚胎)中手动解剖分离的Ptf1a+/+与Ptf1aenh/enh型MPCs混合样本;另一组scATAC-Seq数据集则来源于Ptf1a+/+与Ptf1aenh/enh型胚胎的混合胰腺组织,对应小鼠E13.5时期的胰腺,每个数据集包含6枚胚胎。
