IRPAnalyzer is a user-friendly application that was developed as part of the REPAIR project, which was funded by the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) within Unites States Department of Energy. The application, which was built using Matlab App Designer, is designed to aid pipeline developers and designers in the analysis and design of internal pipe repair systems for legacy host pipes that exhibit full circumferential discontinuities under most critical loading conditions, as identified through extensive research. This novel computer application is aimed at analyzing and designing internal repair systems for managing pipeline infrastructure with full circumferential cracks, discontinuities or pulled-out joints under critical loading conditions including lateral deformation, axial deformation, fatigue and hoop stress, as identified in recent studies. This design app addresses a significant gap in current design tools by integrating simplified analytical models and solution methods with user-friendly interfaces and features, thereby facilitating accurate and efficient predictions. The executable file (provided data) provides the user the ability to generate recommendations for material and geometries for internal replacement pipes across a variety of technologies and deposition methods.
