Each folder name indicated the corresponding figure in the publication. The name of the file corresponds to the respective data shown in each figure. Each file is a comma separated format or full AFM image (can be opened with Gwyddion).

各文件夹的名称与出版物中的对应图表一一对应。各文件的名称对应其所属图表中展示的相关数据。每个文件采用逗号分隔格式，或是完整的原子力显微镜（Atomic Force Microscopy, AFM）图像，均可通过Gwyddion软件打开。
