In our study, we found that skin depilation increased the number of DPCs and DSCs homing to HF niches. In order to screen out the chemokines upregulated after skin depilation, we carried out transcriptome analysis of mRNA expression profiles of depilated NOD/SCID skin sample at 0h, 1h, 4h, 12h, 1 days, 2 days, 4 days and 6 days after depilation. Overall design: The mRNA expression profiles of skin sample at 0h, 1h, 4h, 12h, 1 days, 2 days, 4 days and 6 days after depilation were detected.
本研究发现,皮肤脱毛可增加归巢至毛囊龛(HF niches)的真皮乳头细胞(DPCs)与毛囊干细胞(DSCs)的数量。为筛选出皮肤脱毛后上调的趋化因子,我们对脱毛后0h、1h、4h、12h、1天、2天、4天及6天的NOD/SCID小鼠皮肤样本的mRNA表达谱开展了转录组分析。实验整体设计:检测了皮肤样本在脱毛后0h、1h、4h、12h、1天、2天、4天及6天的mRNA表达谱。
