Patients with inborn errors of immunity (IEI) have a higher risk of developing cancer, especially lymphoma. However, the molecular basis for IEI-related lymphoma is complex and remains elusive. Here, we perform an in-depth analysis of lymphoma genomes derived from 23 IEI patients. Our comprehensive genetic characterization of lymphomas derived from patients with rare genetic disorders expands our understanding of lymphomagenesis and provides new insights for targeted therapy.

原发性免疫缺陷病（inborn errors of immunity, IEI）患者罹患癌症，尤其是淋巴瘤的风险显著升高。然而，与IEI相关的淋巴瘤的分子机制极为复杂，目前仍未完全阐明。本研究对23名IEI患者的淋巴瘤基因组开展了深度分析。我们对罕见遗传病患者来源的淋巴瘤进行了全面的遗传学特征解析，这不仅拓展了我们对淋巴瘤发生机制的认知，也为靶向治疗提供了全新的研究思路。
