本数据集针对HepG2细胞、两种膀胱癌细胞系J82及UMUC3的circCDYL敲低(KD)模型,以及J82、UMUC3细胞中RNA结合蛋白(RNA Binding Protein, RBP)GRWD1、IGF2BP1、IGF2BP2的敲低模型开展基因表达谱分析。所有受试细胞均接受了阴性对照乱序(scramble, scr)小干扰RNA(small interfering RNA, siRNA)处理,或特异性靶向敲低circCDYL或目标RBP表达的siRNA处理。各组处理后的mRNA表达谱通过QuantSeq测序技术完成构建。
