Functional ANOVA for Carbon Flux Estimates: Supporting Data

This archive provides input and supporting datasets for the examples presented in "Functional ANOVA for carbon flux estimates from remote sensing data". This version (v0.2.0) of the archive includes sub-directories for each of the three examples of the statistical model with a spatio-temporal error process. R code for running the examples can be found on Github.本数据集存档为《面向遥感数据碳通量估算的功能方差分析（Functional ANOVA）》一文中的示例提供了输入数据集与辅助数据集。本存档的v0.2.0版本包含三个搭载时空误差过程（spatio-temporal error process）的统计模型示例各自对应的子目录。运行这些示例所需的R代码可在GitHub平台获取。
