Gene expression in small intestinal and colonic goblet cells from C57Bl/6 mice. Mus musculus

Microarray analysis of goblet cells isolated from the small intestine or colon was completed to compare the cells between the two parts of the intestine. Overall design: Total epithelium was isolated from the intestine by incubation in HBSS+0.05% EDTA at 37 C for 15 minutes. Goblet cells were isolated by FACS sorting CD45-CD24-CK18+UEA-I+ cells.

本研究针对从小肠或结肠中分离的杯状细胞（goblet cells）完成了微阵列分析（Microarray analysis），以对比肠道两个区段的杯状细胞表达差异。实验设计概况：将肠道组织置于含0.05%乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）的汉克斯平衡盐溶液（HBSS）中，于37℃孵育15分钟以分离得到全上皮细胞；随后通过荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）分选出CD45⁻CD24⁻CK18⁺UEA-I⁺的杯状细胞。
