WGS of A. baumannii clinical isolates from COVID patients

Long- and short-read WGS was performed for several A. baumannii isolates from the patients in ICU diagnosed with COVID-19 in 2020. The aim was to determine possible similarity/differences of resistance profiles or sequence types between these isolates and the isolates previously revealed in the same hospital.

本数据集针对2020年从收治于重症监护病房（Intensive Care Unit, ICU）且确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19）的患者体内分离的多株鲍曼不动杆菌（Acinetobacter baumannii, A. baumannii），开展了长读长与短读长全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing, WGS）。本研究旨在明确上述分离株与该医院既往检出的鲍曼不动杆菌分离株之间，在耐药谱与序列型（Sequence Type, ST）层面可能存在的异同。
