This study aims to investigate the microbial diversity and functional potentials of the Hatiba Red Sea hydrothermal vents. The samples are collected from sediments, microbial mats, and crusts at hydrothermal vents in Hatiba, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The samples are taken from the Red Sea low-temperature hydrothermal vent fields: Farwah Safraa Reidges, Majarrah, Bajaah, Beacon, and Kabir.
本研究旨在探究红海哈蒂巴(Hatiba)热液喷口的微生物多样性及其功能潜力。本次研究的样本采集自沙特阿拉伯红海哈蒂巴区域热液喷口处的沉积物、微生物席与结壳。采样区域覆盖红海低温热液喷口区,具体包括法瓦·萨夫拉海岭(Farwah Safraa Ridges)、马加拉赫(Majarrah)、巴贾赫(Bajaah)、比肯(Beacon)以及卡比尔(Kabir)。
